Join me at Cave Spring as I share how feasting on Niagara’s abundance can easily change our culinary habits for the better.
As with wine, we should enjoy the aromas, savour the flavours and appreciate the pleasures of local food, from the garden to the plate.
This intimate afternoon will include a cooking demonstration, a 3-course country lunch paired with Cave Spring’s best wines along with meal preparation tips. Enjoy and take home quick and easy recipes that fit perfectly into busy lifestyles. As an extra treat, take home a bottle of one of Cave’s spectacular Rieslings.
