Eating for wellness can improve overall health and that means different things to different people. For some it could mean weight loss, reduced inflammation, improved blood sugar levels, stronger immunity, and vibrant energy. For others it could mean thinking clearer, remembering more, feeling happier and even experiencing a mild state of euphoria.
60-Minutes to Better Health are casual, drop-in classes/discussions on health. Each evening nutritionists will present a different health topic and explain it from the perspective of your body, food and how it all works together to create disease and health. Bring a notepad and pen to take notes. Herbal tea offered.
Everyone and anyone is invited to these public health classes.

Lynn Ogryzlo and her team of nutritionists take pride in the holistic, multidisciplinary program that creates customized holistic and nutritional plans to optimize your health and achieve your health goals.
Wellness is not about perfection. It’s about intention and effort. When you bring that intention and effort into every single day, that’s where transformation happens. That’s how change occurs.
FOOD 101, is food information in the form of lectures, courses, and retreats that are intended to transform your relationship with food.
“In my food world, there is no fear or guilt, only joy, deliciousness, abundance, and companionship.”
I had the pleasure of working with Lynn for my journey to better eating and health. She designed a program specifically for me focusing on preventative health, including the design of individualized healthy eating plans. She explained everything from a nutritionist perspective and provided me with recipes, recommended lifestyle actions and next steps. I can only hope that others get the same experience – I know I am a healthier me! Tracy Ford
