FOOD101 THE BASICS $145
Applying the latest nutritional knowledge to simple, everyday cooking. Preparing, cooking and eating nutritious foods is only half the battle. The other half is finding recipes that make eating whole foods delicious, quick and easy to fit your lifestyle, and within your budget. Includes an online health community to meet ‘accountability buddies’ and for ongoing support. FOOD101 is a 4-week, in-class program with ongoing online health community support.
KETO101 THE DIET $145
A keto or ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that can help you burn fat more effectively and lose weight. It has many benefits for health and performance. In this four-week, in-class program I’ll make it simple to understand a keto diet and teach you how to eat a keto diet based on whole, real foods.
GROCERY STORE TOURS $50
The place we buy our food is the perfect learning laboratory to provide healthy eating tips and advice to clients. It provides opportunities to review nutritional labels on products, critique ingredient lists and help identify a variety of healthy options.
