FOOD 101, is food information lectures, courses, and retreats that are intended to transform your relationship with food. The information given is historically proven and scientifically based, the programs are flexible enough to make it personal to everyone’s unique set of health circumstances and it has the flexibility for participants to move at their own pace and design their own plans for wellness.

GROCERY STORE TOURS $50
The place we buy our food is the perfect learning laboratory to provide healthy eating tips and advice to clients. It provides opportunities to review nutritional labels on products, critique ingredient lists and help identify a variety of healthy options.
PANTRY AUDITS: $75
Pantry audits offer personalized tips and advice on individuals eating habits, connecting foods with health goals and providing healthier options.
60-MINUTES TO BETTER HEALTH: $15
Lynn has casual drop-in weekly classes on a variety of topics including weight management, reduce inflammation, diabetes, and more. Each evening she explains how the body works, the disease in the body and ways to stop, improve or reverse chronic conditions. Click here for class schedule.
FOOD 101 UNIVERSITY: $399
A 5-week program that includes 4 healthy eating educational classes, 4 cooking classes, 1, 1-hour personalized nutritional appointment, workbook, and exercises. This program is intended to transform our relationship with food.
