FOOD101: The Mediterranean Diet is a 3-week cooking course that teaches you what food to buy, how to prepare it and how to eat the Mediterranean way. Limited to 4 participants per course. Each week there will be a special beverage to sip on during class followed by a cooking class of 2 to 3 different dishes. All recipes are included.
