Not only are we surrounded with poor food choices of the Standard American Diet (SAD) but we’re also under constant pressure to eat it. FOOD101 Eating Well walks you through the process of transition from a SAD diet to eating well, step by step with tips for quick and easy meal prep that fits into the busiest lifestyle.

- Initial nutrition consultation – 30 min
- Grocery store tour – 30 min
- Cooking class – 90 min
- Nutritional package and recipes
- 2 – 15 minute follow up sessions
FOOD101 Eating Well is a small class limited to 4 participants and includes a combination of private sessions and group classes.
