Eating well is not that difficult to figure out, but it takes effort, knowledge, and organization to execute. Healthy eating is probably in the top ten items on your ‘To Do’ list, but somehow in your busy lifestyle, it never gets to be number one. That’s ok. In the meantime, this booklet is a little food for thought, written more for inspiration than for execution. My hope is that it will give you some thoughts to chew on, a few morsels of detail to ponder for when the time comes that you can implement one or two healthy habits to please your body.
