FOOD101 The Basics is a four-week, in-class healthy eating program that will help you incorporate healthy eating and vibrant living into your life. This program identifies healthy food, provides options for refined foods, offers tips on food preparation, recipes for quick and easy dishes and meal planning.
In this program, you will learn what your body needs to become and maintain health. Small group classes of 4 to 6 will improve motivation, increase accountability and result in long-lasting change. Includes an entire year of an online health community to meet ‘accountability buddies’ and for ongoing support.

FOOD101 The Basics is a small class with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants.
