Each class includes a one-hour lesson, based on a different chapter in the FOOD101 workbook ($45 Value), two-hour participatory cooking experience and a delicious meal. FOOD101 sets a pattern for lifelong wellness.
Week 1: Introduction to a delicious world of whole food and why it’s the best choice you can make
Week 2: Why diets don’t work, why they’re harmful and more permanent options for weight loss
Week 3: Healing chronic inflammation, metabolic distress, and other harmful conditions
Week 4: The most amazing machine in the world: your body
Week 5: Reading nutrition labels + making small changes for maximum impact
Each 3-hour class includes:
- a 1-hour lecture
- 2-hour cooking demonstration
- a delicious meal including a healthy dessert
- a different specialty drink to sip on during the lecture

FOOD101 is a small class limited to 5 participants.
