Week 1: Introduction to a delicious world of food
Week 2: Balancing your weight by eating well
Week 3: Keto, Low-Carb + Intermittent Fasting, various ways to kick start weight loss
Week 4: The most amazing machine in the world: your body
Week 5: Reading nutrition labels + making small changes for maximum impact
Each class includes:
- a 1-hour lecture
- 2-hour cooking demonstration and tasting
- a specialty (alternative coffee) drink
- Good-Better-Best meal discussions each week
Each week, enjoy a special beverage to sip during class, followed by a cooking class of 2 to 3 different dishes. All recipes are included. FOOD101 is a small class limited to 4 participants.
