Eating well……start a priceless habit
FOOD101: How To Cook
We no longer know how to cook, we feel we don’t have to cook but worst of all, many of us we’ve lost the connection between cooking and our health.
The truth is, if we can prepare our own food, we have control over our health, it saves you money, and creates community. Knowing how to cook means you have control over the quality of ingredients you use, you can avoid food allergies and sensitivities easily, you can dictate portion control, and it brings the family together in the kitchen and around the table.
