Stratford has a brand new certified kitchen of the Local Community Food Centre, a pilot project for STOP, (612 Erie Street). And they’re using the kitchen to tempt us with deliciously new experiences.
It’s an engaging and fun chance to sharpen your culinary skills through hands-on classes. Combine your love of food, the social interaction with other food lovers of wine and great conversation with one (or more) of Ontario’s leading chefs. The focus of the 3-hour class will be on how to create the perfect 4 course dinner party menu paired with an Ontario wine(s).
The GE Café Chefs Series focuses on Ontario’s culinary talent with 10 chefs from Stratford, Toronto, Waterloo, Cambridge and Niagara conducting 9 hands-on cooking classes over a 6 month period. Check it out!
