It’s called POW WOW and it’s an amazing conference where North America gets to preen about their most exciting and delicious assets. POW WOW takes 8 years to plan and execute so the anticipation is utterly stupendous!

This year Los Angeles hosted the conference, combine Los Angeles with POW WOW and that made for some absolutely stunning experiences. If you haven’t noticed by now, the USA has some pretty neat stuff to strut.

Here are some highlights.

Day 1: Registration and a general tour of Los Angeles. Read my blog here.

Day 2: A tour of Beverly Hills complete with shopping down Rodeo Drive and a fantastic digital photography museum and opening reception in the evening complete with a performance by Cirque du Soleil called IRIS compare electronic cigarettes.

Day 3: All day meetings with various travel destinations. Look at all the delicious stuff I discovered around the US. Then in the evening, a Hollywood exclusive reception at Universal Studios where we were the first to experience Transformers: The Ride – 3D, plus a celebration of 100 years of moviemaking.

Day 4: More meetings with travel destinations but now we’re on the Brand USA Marketplace Hall. In the evening, a Dine Out – we got to choose our dinner destination anywhere in Los Angeles!

Day 5: Last day of meetings and a bit of free time to explore on my own before the closing night reception – how spectacular!
