Cancellation notice must be received in by email a minimum of 14 days prior to the first day of the program to qualify for a refund. Refund will be processed for the full amount of the fee paid, less an administrative charge of $50.

Some programs may be canceled due to insufficient registrants. Registration levels are monitored prior to the start of programs to ensure quality programs are offered. A great course could be canceled if there are not enough registrants and full refunds will be issued.
