Healing from the inside out
I want to start by saying that I’ve never met a meal I didn’t remember, although there have been a few I wouldn’t mind forgetting. I first started writing this program many meals ago and each time I review it I change something in the way I ate because I am wading through so much knowledge that even I make new connections between the food we eat and the happiness of our body.
The design of this program, which I poured my hands, my heart and my stomach into, is to empower you, the readers and the eaters, to take back your health. And that means not just an absence of symptoms or disease, but also an abundance of vitality. Here are my two programs:
FOOD101 The Basics $145
Everyone needs to sit in one of these classes, even if it for nothing more than to rediscover what it means to eat well and be well. We raise the bar on what it means to be healthy and we go for it!
A keto or ketogenic diet is another way of eating healthy that will bring about wellness. We don’t diet, we learn the keto way.
Classes can also be used for couples and families.
This is just you and me taking a deep dive into your health, setting health goals and a plan to achieve and protect them for the rest of your healthy days. Pre-requisite: FOOD101 The Basics.
GROCERY STORE TOURS $50
The place we buy our food is the perfect classroom to provide healthy eating tips and advice. It provides opportunities to review nutritional labels on products, critique ingredient lists and help identify a variety of healthy options.
PANTRY AUDITS: $75
A discrete review of your cupboards, fridge, and freezer with tips and advice for stocking foods that make a busy lifestyle easier on your health.
